No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
To return a damaged product you should first contact us @ gdmsbeautyllc@yahoo.com, we will review your request and authorize you shipping instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive a refund the shipping costs will be deducted because shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are approved a refund your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
